YEAR END TAX SAVING IDEA
HELP THE ALLIANCE TO BETTER THE LIVES OF ILL CHILDREN
As the end of the year approaches, I suspect that many of you are preparing to make year-end charitable donations. In deciding which charities to donate to this year, please consider making a donation to the Professional Alliance for Children, a nonprofit charity that provides free legal and financial advice to families caring for severely ill children. From helping a child to obtain a heart transplant, to regaining SSI payments for a mother whose daughter has cancer, to helping a mother save a family home from foreclosure, to providing a “pathway out of poverty” for a family whose child requires heart surgery every couple of years, the Alliance is brightening the future for ill children and their caring families.
The Alliance is an all-volunteer charity with very low operational costs because the majority of our services consist of donated professional time that our volunteer lawyers and financial professionals contribute. Donations will be used primarily to train more volunteers to help families caring for an ill child. Donations may be made online on the Alliance website at http://kidsproalliance.org The “Donate” button is in the upper right-hand corner of the website. If you prefer to donate by check, please make the check out to the “Professional Alliance for Children” and mail it to 3114 Harbor Ridge LN, San Diego, CA 92103.
Thank you for any amount you contribute to help the Alliance serve more families struggling with major financial and legal problems associated with caring for an ill child. All the best for the Holidays and the New Year!
James P. Dell
